He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Diana Payne; his parents, Charles Payne and Louise Payne; his granddaughter Brooke Barker; and his siblings, Jane Langley, Emalyne Taylor and Bobbie Langley.
He is survived by: his children, Debi Hatcher (Danny), Tammy Peters (Dean), Angel Seabolt (Michael) and Lenny Nichols; and his siblings, William Payne (Nina) and Judy Goodner. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
