He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Jacocks (Mike) and Cindy Bernstein (Rick); his grandchildren, Todd Jacocks (Joni), Brooke Kelly (Jeremy) and Amanda Wade (Tom); his great grandchildren, Parker Jacocks, Cameron Kelly and Grayson Kelly; and his brothers, Darle Ray (Judy), James (Margaret) and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
