It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bleavins of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fate Blevins and Myrtle Blevins; his wife Shizue; his daughter Lisa Cowan; and his brothers, James, Tom and Bill.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Morris, Brenda Bleavins and Joanne Bleavins (Tarver Siebert); his sister Nancy Reeves; and his grandson Charlie Cowan.
