He was predeceased by: his brother Ernest Carter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia W. Rucker; his son Stephen Rucker (Jaclyn) of Rock Spring, GA; his granddaughters, Annie, Kate and Ellie Rucker; and his niece Chrissi Devin.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM.
