Though Charlene Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlene Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Phillips and Rosa Nell Phillips. She is survived by: her sisters, Wanda P. Booth and Terri A. Phillips; and her cousins, W. Gary Phillips, Linda Cobb and Rickie Pierce.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
