She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Silas Arnold Jones and Irene Petty Jones; and her sisters, Mildred Ruth Henderson and Dorthy Dorleen Brown. She is survived by: her husband Gene McMillon Rutledge; and her daughters, Gena Rutledge Harris of Signal Mountain and Laura Rutledge Smith of Rome Italy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
