He is survived by: his wife Leah; his parents, Donnie Crisp and Regina Crisp; his parents-in-law, Tom and Patricia Cheatham; his brother Joseph Crisp (Jennifer); his sisters-in-law, Karyn Heath and Beth Paul (Matt); and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Aiden Crisp, Heath, Hagen Schubert, Katelynn and Gracie Crisp.
