With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Lou Lowe (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on July 26, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cassidy and Gertie Cassidy; and her son Larry C. Lowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Larry Lowe, Sr.; her daughters, Janet Diamond (Michael), Regina Castello (Howard), Donna Turner (Eric) and Tammy Voyles (Glen); and her sister Brenda Bice. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
