Carol Verlene Baldwin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Verlene Baldwin of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elba Verl and Mary Fern France; and her brother Jimmy France. She is survived by: her husband Chaplain Richard T. (Major); her sons, Columbus Osgrove Williams, III (Carmen) and Richard Allen Green (Patricia); her niece Julie Ebenhach; and her siblings, Tommy France, Danny France (Anne), Terry France (Judy), Peggy Wielinski and Charolene Zeek.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the North River Seventh-Day Adventist Church (949 Runyan Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37405). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
