He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Willis Fears; his sons, Carlton Fears, Jr. and Jumocka "Torey" Willis; his siblings, Elzenia Barnette, Paul Fears (Josie) and Herbert Parker (Emilla); his grandchildren, Car, Fears, Jr., Ju'Toreyia, Jumocka Willis, Jr. and Jorden Starling; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn W. Baker, Valery W. McConnell and Geoffrey P. Willis; and his aunts, Marilyn Moon and Anne E. Gordon. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
