It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carldine B. Rox (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in La Follette, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Butcher and Geraldine Butcher; her husband James Davis Rox; and her siblings, Irene McCullough, Jack Butcher and Earl May.
She is survived by: her son James Davis Rox, Jr. (Ann Crisman Rox); her granddaughters, Julia Davis Rox (Cory) and Margaret Frances Rox; her aunt Armistine Shepherd of Knoxville; and her close friends, Sue Myers and Nancy Meyers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The funeral home requests that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
