He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Felts; his parents, Edgar Felts and Mae Felts; and his grandson Ryan D. Collins. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Eaton (Mike) of Morristown, TN, Beverly Creech (Glenn) of Chattanooga, TN, Lisa Hill (Herb) of Chattanooga, TN, Rita Sedziol (Ken) of Cincinnati, OH and Douglas Felts (Sandra) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; four sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews.
