He was predeceased by: his mother Abbie Jean Burroughs. He is survived by: his father Claude J. Cummings; his wife Raechel Schultz; his children, John Jackson Cummings, August Oliver Schultz and Abbie Jean Cummings; and his siblings, Lon Dale Walker, Jr. and Beverly Dawn Dempsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
