She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Cummings; her son Joseph Hubbard; her parents, Sherman Gayhart and Gladys Gayhart; and her siblings, Martha Gierden, Mildred Strowbridge, Edna Schmeing, Sandra Fyerbend and Robert Lee Gayhart.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hubbard (Susie), Sherry Wiseman (Greg), Rebecca Clayton (Marvin) and James Hubbard (Stephanie); and her sisters, Margaret Beck, Carol Gayhart, Elsie Eten and Judy Hooven. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
