She is survived by: her husband Carl Douglas; her daughter Pamela Prichard (Richard); her siblings, Kenny Cox, Jerry Cox and Patsy Marlow; and her grandsons, Benjamin Hornsby and Blake Hornsby. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
