She is survived by: her children, Gary Simmons (Sherry), Alan Simmons and Bonnie White (Trey); her grandchildren, Matthew Simmons, Brad Simmons (Stephanie), Blake Simmons (Katy), Lynsey Parker (Grant), Lexi White, Thomas White (Laura), Clay Crooks (Keely) and Analeigh Simmons; her great grandchildren, Kade Parker, Lexi Parker, Barrett Simmons, Jack Simmons and Piper Mae Crooks; and her brother Dean Perkinson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I was so saddened to learn of the passing of Boneda. She was a member of the Faith Small Group Class that I am a member of at Bayside Baptist Church, Harrison, TN. I enjoyed visiting her at her home once and also at an Assisted Living Facility. My prayers go out to her family at this much needed time for everyone. With much sympathy, Janis Reese”
