He was predeceased by: his parents, B. Frank Parker and Faye Lou Parker; and his brother Billy Parker. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann; his sister Leacia Newell; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Pyle (Colin), Alan Newell (Amanda), Thomas Parker (Debbee), Ryan Parker and Andy Goodrich. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
