He was predeceased by: his father William R. Blalock, Sr.; his grandmothers, Estelle Keylon and Hattie Lowe; and his great-grandparent William Paul Hays. He is survived by: his wife Lorie Blalock; his mother Maxine Blalock; and his sisters, Lynn Welton (Allen), Debbie Coppinger (Jack) and Brenda Cofer (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga.
