It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Litz of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Naomi King (Ken) and William Daugherty, Jr. (Judy); her daughters, Aubrey Tuggle and Abbey Salmond; her siblings, Carey Baggett, Amanda Daugherty and Steven Daugherty; and her grandmother Elvera Felix.
