He was predeceased by: his parents, Hager Odom and Lois Odom; and his grandparents, Clyde and Agnes Lusk. He is survived by: his brother John Odom (Connie); his nephew Zac Odom (Adina); and his niece Johnna Shultz (Byron). He is also survived by several great nephews and one great niece.
