It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Spence of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Spence to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pack and Mamie Novella Pack. She is survived by: her husband Jack Spence; her children, Diane Cothran (Todd) of Soddy Daisy and Jim Spence (Tonya) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Kyle Cothran (Emily) of Soddy Daisy, Ashley Hickey (Michael) of Soddy Daisy, Haley (Josh Lawson) of Hixson, Alex Spence of Chattanooga, Hailey Colburn of Chattanooga and Matthew Colburn of Chattanooga; her great grandchildren, Henry Thomas Cothran and Hannah Kate Lawson; and her sister Wilma Martin (Johnny). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
