She was predeceased by: her husband John Paul Tipton; her daughter Lynn Humble; and her parents, Vernon J. Barclay and Faye Clemons Barclay. She is survived by: her daughter Paula Rich; her grandchildren, Jonathan Ryan (Humble), Ashley Jones and Haley Rich; and her great grandchildren, Dyllan Ryan, Wyatt Ryan and Evie Jones.
