She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Guffey and Lizzie Mae Guffey; and her siblings, Ralph Rollins, Ray Howard Guffey and Joy Wilson.
She is survived by: her spouse Lowell Frazier; her children, Lowell Dennis Frazier, Jr. (Thim), Michael Frazier (Gloria Barry), Karen Potter (Brad) and Kevin Frazier; her brothers, Billy, Richard and James Guffey; and her grandchildren, Brandon Utterback (Heather), Sheila Mock (David), Pamela Frazier, David Frazier, Lynda Boettcher and Angel Beil (Ronnie). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
