We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 93, Bessie S. Grady (Chattanooga, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy Smith and Annie Mae Holden Smith; her husband O'Neal Grady; and her children, Montez Grady and Florence Phillip.

She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Bray; her siblings, Bertha Jo Gladden and Haywood Smith; and her grandchildren, Vicki Mathews, Natalie Mathews, Nichole Bray, Robin Bray and Terry Mathews. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
