She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her parents, Hillard Davis and Maggie Davis; and her son Billie Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Paul Belcher (Donna), Charles Belcher (Anne) and Robin Tishaw; her sister Joan Davis; and her daughter-in-law Karen Belcher. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
