He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Capps (Christina Williams); and his grandparents, Ollon and Edith Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin R. "Benny" Parks and Dorotha Spence; his siblings, Robin Gore, Jim Capps (Genie), Lisa Caldwell and Kerri Paty (Charles); and his children, Breanne Stockwell (Bradlee), Brandi Groce (Chris) and Brad Parks (Alisha). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
