He was predeceased by: his father Dale Woodrow Whitehead. He is survived by: his mother Sara Frances Whitehead; his brother Allan Whitehead (Joanne); his nephew Scott Whitehead; and his nieces, Diana Whitehead and Kimberly Janssen (Joseph). He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
