She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Slocum and Jean Slocum (Vance); her husband Don Van Ornam; her daughters, Abigail Sherilynn Peterson, Karen Van Ornam, Caroline Wright (Loren), Linda Plank (Matt) and Lisa Underwood (Lincoln); and her siblings, Betty Baerg and Don Slocum. She was also cherished by grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
