She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thomas and Sarah Adair; and her sons, Albert "Pedro" Hayes, Greg "Snooky" Hayes and Michael Paul Barker.
She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jo Teem-Smith; her siblings, Waldeen Farris, Corrine Russell, Beatrice Cook and Nadine Scott; her grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Michael Barker Jr., Tony Barker, Zak Barker, Albert Hayes Jr., Misty Baker and Shannon Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Jonah Smith and Rose-Mary Smith.
