She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy C. Smith and Minnie Lee Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Goins, Mary Terry-Clines (Tara) and Melissa Zbinden (Rob); her grandchildren, Carl, Raye, Ethan, Olivia and Sadie; her brother Joe Smith (Paula); her sister-in-law Rita Knierim; and her cousin Jackie Zwanzig. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
