She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh O'Neil Smith and Alice Briscoe Smith. She is survived by: her children, Alice Lesley Leroy (Gary) of Chattanooga, John B. Lesley of Chickamauga, GA and Gene Lesley (Stephanie) of Chickamauga, GA; her grandchildren, Christin Davis (Chris) and Tori Montecalvo (Derek); and her sister Elizabeth Jaco (Ben) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
