We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2023, at the age of 90, Barbara Ann Thomas Smith of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Banks Thomas and Elsie LaTour Thomas; and her son Lloyd "Win" Smith, III. She is survived by: her children, Banks Thomas Smith, Sr. (Angela), Ann S. Lee and Jan S. Hickman (Ray); and her sister Sunny Hughes. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
