He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa Wilhelmina Navis Bowers. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Nell McBryar; his nieces, Frankie Ott and Brenda Kilgore (Dan); and his nephew Joe (Patsy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Arthur's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
