He was predeceased by: his parents, Hammond Hammond and Alice Hammond; his wife Pauline Hammond; and his siblings, Donald Hammond and Jean Hammond.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Chamberlain; his stepdaughter Phyllis Cronnon; his sister Barbara Shankles; his granddaughter Lisa Minnear; his stepgranddaughters, Paula, Sherrie Perrin (Richard Perrin) and Allison Moore; his nephew Larry Shankles; and his niece Barbie Revel.
