He was predeceased by: his father Byron O'Neal Leach. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ruth Leach (Phillips); his sons, Davis Leach and Griffin Leach; and his siblings, Lesa Eden and Jeffrey Leach (Soha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
