She was predeceased by: her son Jerry Givens; and her parents, Alice Hollis and Alvin Hollis. She is survived by: her son Michael Givens; her grandsons, Steven Givens (Ashley Phillips) and Daniel Givens; her great grandchildren, Phoenix and Alanna Givens; and her sister Mary Kilgoar.
