She was predeceased by: her mother Ella Gearing (Louise); her siblings, Donald Gearing, Nathaniel Gearing and Phyllis Gearing; and her brother-in-law Willie Jones.
She is survived by: her son Orlando Sr. (Bridgett Gearing); her siblings, Gwendolyn Jones, Richard (Patricia Gearing) and Lewis Gearing; and her grandchildren, Zalandria Gearing, Orlando Gearing Jr. and Shawn Gearing. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
