He is survived by: his wife Gail Lynn Sanderson Wells; his children, Robert Wells (Rachel), Faith Hawthorne (Kevin), Holly Cooper of Bridgeport, AL. and Lauren Wells; his siblings, Kit Horner (Tim) of Terrell, TX. and Bill Wells (Teena) of Birchwood, TN.; and his grandchildren, Reece Hawthorne, Logan Wells, Layla Martin, Amelia Taylor, Brianna Wells, Josey Hawthorne and Maxx McCary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
