He is survived by: his siblings, Lana Hodgson (Ted), Pat Lomber (Tammy) and Ken Lomber (Linda); his children, Shane Lomber (Jessica), Casey Lee Lomber-Gordon (Andrew Gordon), Cameron Lomber (Sarah Dunn) and Alicia Lomber; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Makenna Lomber, Anndru Lomber-Ginoza, Deven Gordon, Ophelia, Beau Lomber and Murphy Patnode.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Andy's favorite charity, Smile Train http://www.smiletrain.org , to honor his memory.
