It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Locklin Jr. (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on August 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Allen Lee and Lucille Locklin, Sr.; and his sisters, Shannon Efiom (Eyo) and Sophia Locklin. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
