He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Green and Pearlie Mae Green; his wife Gertrude Green; his children, Allen Green, Jr., Amelia of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Tameka Green of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Derika Walker of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his stepsons, Romondo of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Frederico of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Alfred of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Altan Jones of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his siblings, Gail Daniels of Chattanooga, Arnetta Blake (Jimmy) of Chattanooga, Phelisa Green of Chattanooga, Lisa Sorrells (James) of Chattanooga, Jackie Nutley (Booker) of Norfolk, Audrey Battle of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Phillip Green of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Rosie M. Hall; his siblings-in-law, Debra Green, Minister Lizzie King (Terrance), Shirley Hall, Ernestine Montgomery and William Hall (Erian); his aunts, Glorian of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Shirley of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Patricia Green of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his uncle Nathaniel Green (Carolyn) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his close friends, Sue Walker, Joann Watkins, Doris Wordlaw, Crystal Walker and Johnny Reed; and the mother of his children Cynthia Leaster. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
