With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Stinnett (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on January 29, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny R. Stinnett; her son Ricky Joe Nation; her parents, Leroy Phillips, Sr. and Ruby Humphreys Phillips; and her siblings, Leroy Phillips, Jr., Billy Phillips and Thedna Ann Crisp.

She is survived by: her children, Eddie Joe Nation, Pamela Nation, Elizabeth Carter (Robert), Tim Stinnett (Angie) and Rachel Duncan (Demetrius); her stepchildren, Rusty Stinnett, Jimmy Stinnett, Debbie Stinnett and Sheila Garrett; and her siblings, Jack Phillips (Alice), Shirley Harmon and Diane Shelton (Dale). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren; and countless friends.
