He is survived by: his parents, Tom Vail and Cecil Vail; his siblings, Vivian Vail, Pauline Elizabeth Vail, Thomas Vail, David Vail and Bobby Vail; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Vail; his great grandchild Andrew Mason Ward; his children, Virginia Vail Jones and Fred (Diann); his grandchildren, Heather Ward (Chris) and Trey Vail (Johanna); his great grandchildren, Austin Ward, Aaron Ward, Addison Ward and Lillian Elizabeth Vail; and his nephew David (Ginny). He is also survived by father and grandfather.

Even Alzheimer's could not take that from him.
