He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Williams, Sr. and Bernice Henderson Williams; his daughter Bernice Williams; his siblings, Delaney Harris, Charlotte Cosby, Della Darby and LeRoy Williams, Jr.; and his granddaughter Innocence Houston.

He is survived by: his wife Kelli Marsh Williams; his grandchildren, Anthony, Nasir, Disire, Kennedy, Lanice and Carl Williams, Jr.; his sisters, Yvonne Lemon (Warren), Deborah Moore and Annette Thompson (Maurice); and his sister-in-law Tara Marsh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins; close friends.
