He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mooneyham and Jocie Mooneyham; and his siblings, Louise Prater and Grover Mooneyham. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Jo Mooneyham; his children, Steve Mooneyham (Glenna) and Debbie Egner (David); his granddaughter Brittany Rucker (Joey); his great grandchildren, Madison and Stella Rucker; his sister Alta Moffitt; and his niece Barbara Smith.
