He was predeceased by: his wife Gina; and his parents, Johnnye McDavid and Charles McDavid. He is survived by: his son Jonathan McDavid; and his siblings, Jennifer Schussler of Soddy Daisy, Mark McDavid (Deborah) of East Ridge and Kevin McDavid (Elaine) of Ooltewah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
