He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth T. Fetzer and Marjorie Fetzer. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Fetzer (Dianne) of Benton and Karen Emmett (John Emmett) of Memphis; his nieces, Ambra Donegan (Adam) of Old Fort and Dr. Susan Emmett (William "Bill" Steinbach) of Arkansas; and his close friends, Mary Ellen Maycann of Chattanooga and Heidi Bayer of New Orleans.
