It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Agnew Ellis of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Spring City, Tennessee, who passed away, on November 29, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ellis and Anna Ellis; and his siblings, Betty Ann Huling, Martha Jane Bogle and Samuel Schild Ellis.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Ellis of Chattanooga; his children, Gary Ellis (Carla) of Fairborn, OH, Jerry Ellis (Pat) of Hixson, TN, Ted Ellis (Janet) of Spring City, Tom Ellis (Suzanna) of Soddy Daisy, Keith Ellis (Charla) of Dayton and Joy Ellis (Kevin) of Chattanooga; and his sister Mary Ruth Womack (Darwin) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 115 Morrison Springs Road, Red Bank, TN 37415.
