He is survived by: his wife Faye Lewis of Charlotte, TN; his children, James Robert Lewis (Patsy) of Watertown, TN, Lerry Lee Lewis of Lebanon, TN, Billy Joyce Moss (Dairl) of Lyles, TN and Alice Blaylock (Greg) of Charlotte, TN; his siblings, John Lewis of Charlotte, TN, Elizabeth Graham (Pete) and Louise Biter (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Crystal, Jonathan, Shelby, Gracie, Noah, Dustin and Erika.
