He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mitchell and Virginia Braden Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Kevin Mitchell (Camille) of Oxford, MS and Brad Mitchell (Sally) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Lilly, Julia Mitchell of Oxford and Garrett Mitchell of Atlanta, GA; his sister Betsy Enoch (Doug) of Germantown, TN; his stepsons, Kevin Lloyd (Sonda) and Clay Lloyd (Andrea); and his grandson Colt Lloyd of Little Rock, AR..
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Mitchell requests memorials in Bill's name be offered to Boys & Girls Club of Memphis, the American Heart Association, or the American Kidney Foundation.
